Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours. Surve & Company  reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons.

Return and Refund Policy: We do not accept returns or refunds for orders once placed, except for cases of damage, wrong product delivered, or missing parts/accessories.
